As part of our sweepstakes, we’re giving away a 2-night stay for 2 people. Valid for redemption until November 30, 2026.
All Meta users who submit their email address through the sweepstakes campaign by September 4, 2026 are eligible to enter. A winner will be selected at random from among all entrants and will be contacted exclusively by email from the official CORE KAPRUN address (hello@core-kaprun.at).
GENERAL SWEEPSTAKES INFORMATION
This sweepstakes is organized by Hotel CORE Kaprun. It is in no way associated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Meta. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the sweepstakes should be directed solely to Hotel CORE Kaprun and not to Meta. Hotel CORE Kaprun releases Meta from any and all liability in connection with this sweepstakes. The recipient of the information provided by participants is Hotel CORE Kaprun, not Instagram.
By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Hotel CORE Kaprun is solely responsible for organizing, administering, and awarding the prize.
Entry is free and does not require the purchase of any goods or services.
This sweepstakes is open to consumers only.
ELIGIBILITY
To enter, participants submit their email address as part of the campaign. By entering, participants accept the terms and conditions governing the sweepstakes process outlined below.
Participants confirm that they are at least 18 years of age.
Eligible entrants are private individuals whose primary residence is within the EU.
Participants must be the owner of the Meta profile (Facebook / Instagram) used to enter. By entering, participants consent to Hotel CORE Kaprun collecting all data necessary to conduct and administer the sweepstakes. All participants may withdraw from the sweepstakes at any time by writing to hello@core-kaprun.at.
HOW THE SWEEPSTAKES WORKS
Entries will be accepted only between August 13, 2026 and September 3, 2026 at 12:00 noon.
Multiple entries are not permitted and will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. Full redemption details will be sent to the winner once selected.
The winner will be chosen at random, with notification taking place after the sweepstakes has closed. The winner must confirm receipt of the winning notification within 3 business days and, at that time, provide Hotel CORE Kaprun with the information required to deliver the prize. Otherwise, Hotel CORE Kaprun reserves the right to draw a new winner.
The winner will be determined privately, without public disclosure.
The winner will be contacted via Hotel CORE Kaprun’s official email address (hello@core-kaprun.at). The prize claim cannot be transferred to another party. Hotel CORE Kaprun excludes any warranty or guarantee claims relating to the prize. No invoices will be issued for prizes.
The prize may be revoked and/or reclaimed after the fact if it was obtained through manipulation or any other violation of applicable law, other legal provisions, or these terms and conditions. Should the originally announced prize become unavailable, the organizer reserves the right to provide an adequate substitute prize.
DISCOUNT CODE FOR NON-WINNERS / NEWSLETTER
When entering the sweepstakes, participants have the option to subscribe to the CORE Kaprun newsletter (for example, by selecting the corresponding checkbox on the entry form). Entrants who do not win the main prize will be notified by email of the sweepstakes outcome and will receive a discount code for a future stay at Hotel CORE Kaprun, regardless of whether they opted in to the newsletter. Those who gave explicit consent to receive the newsletter upon entry will also continue to receive the CORE Kaprun newsletter with future offers and updates. Newsletter sign-up is voluntary and independent of sweepstakes entry. Consent to receive the newsletter may be withdrawn informally at any time by writing to hello@core-kaprun.at.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE
Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Should the prize not be claimed within 3 business days, Hotel CORE Kaprun reserves the right to redraw the sweepstakes among the remaining entrants, if time allows, or to hold the redraw at a later date. Hotel CORE Kaprun further reserves the right to end the sweepstakes early should external circumstances or requirements from third parties make this necessary.
GENERAL TERMS
Cash payment, payment in kind, or exchange of the prize is not possible. The prize is non-transferable. The winner accepts any necessary changes to the prize resulting from factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the sweepstakes.
Decisions made by Hotel CORE Kaprun are final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding these decisions. Hotel CORE Kaprun reserves the right to suspend the sweepstakes, in whole or in part, should any issues arise that compromise its integrity.
Hotel CORE Kaprun reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Any liability for damages on the part of Hotel CORE Kaprun, its officers, employees, or agents arising from or in connection with this sweepstakes, on whatever legal grounds, shall — to the extent permitted by law — be limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.
Personal data provided by participants in connection with the sweepstakes is collected and stored by Hotel CORE Kaprun solely for the purpose of conducting and administering the sweepstakes. The party responsible under applicable data protection law is Hotel CORE Kaprun – Familyvision GmbH.
